Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It was amazing when I first started, and has gone downhill since the Calloway take over. It doesnt have the same feeling. The culture is lacking and I don't feel cared for as a playmaker. Like we are easily replaceable.

The diversity is amazing within the Venue!

It's more like a family than a team

The people that do take the culture seriously are 100% all in

The inclusivity of the job makes it a very nice olace to work.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to see my friends who have become family and making money while I do it

What are some of the best things about your team?

We've built an amazing family within our Venue, and I'm proud of that. I've been in the industry for more then 2 decades, and this is by far the most I've been involved with so many peoples lives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I dont believe that the company actually stands for the values that we teach. Everything that has been done lately just feels like a money grab for higher ups in the company while we in the Venue are getting stepped over.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading by example. Its impossible to build culture in a Venue if there is no support. Living up to the values that we teach is also something that needs to be worked on. I know it's a business, but sometimes no one is looking out for the playmakers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a lot of work that goes into all the things. I know that i am losing money by doing trainings and some other things because I would make more money while on the floor. Absolutely love the job, but end all be all, my family's bills need paid.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know its the nature of the beast. We hope for tips. But a lot of times it is just a shoulder shrug when you've spent a ton of time on a player and they've racked up a bill and then don't tip. Its like a smack in the face. Someone caring about it would be nice.
