Started as an entry level position where I have never had food or service industry experience. Quickly learned and was able to promote to an hourly manager and now a salaried manager. In the 6 years I've been with Topgolf the people I meet and work with are my favorite part.
What makes you most happy at work?
My peers and fellow playmakers that I work along side are the best part. It feels more than just a team, it feels like FAMILY!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Culture that is built up from the diversity that Topgolf allows and embraces. They make everyone feel welcome no matter what ethnicity, sexuality, or age you are.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The growth and development that I have gotten from my leadership team is what makes me want work even harder to achieve my goals. They continuously lead and develop us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hitting a reset from whatever you have going on at home when you walk through the doors is the best. Everyone welcomes you and their good attitudes and conversations with them make you forget about what you have going on. Mainly it is fun and that is something that most jobs can't offer.
