I like their positivity and how, for the most part, they appear willing to help and teach without making you feel bad for not being perfect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If bays don't tip bayhost still have to pay bartenders, caddies, food runners, etc which isn't fair. TG should have a system where it compensates the bayhost 10-15% of the total sale of the bay. Also, when tech malfunctions and all bays are closed for 1.5+ hrs, the min wage should be $15 until fixed
