I really enjoy the people that work here. I do wish i could move up into a different position as the one i am in is not enough to pay my bills unfortunately. I feel like more hours would be great, but feel i wont get them becasue we are constantly hiring new people

Everyones energetic and enjoys engaging with one another as well as players

Thry make coming to work more fun even on the slow days .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think higher pay considering we are part of the back bone to help things run more smoothly as a caddie/food runner. We are running the bay hosts drinks as well as food and i feel we should be compensated more.
