I love most of my coworkers, those who have drive and initative to get the job done to the best of their ability and making it easier for the rest of us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a physcially demanding and fast pace job, I would feel better if we were always treated kindly by everyone, given clear instruction, and paid more hourly from this billion dollor corporation
