What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive things about the culture and enviornment in my company is how big we are on our CORE values, positive attitudes, and individuality. Work is not only a fun and safe place but it is also somewhere i can learn more and grow with the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team have to be that we are all big on communication and being team players, being the oldest facillities lead working in my venue, and helping it be as successful as it is today, I instill our competitive drive and it pairs well with us being team players+hard work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like best how my fellow leaders and I do out best to work as efficiently and safely as possible, teaching one another, following up on tasks, and completing them. It is very important to me to stay calm and know what to do in emergancies and I as a leader like to transfer my knowlege to others.
