Topgolf does not pay nearly enough or value their empoyees

People are intrested in what you have to say and they feel like a family.

That i can yalk yo my coworkers and they all understand the frustration of being underpaid
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being the best leader possible and helping people. I notice a lot of standing and telling people what to do and thats not what leaders do they need to be providing help!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No expeession for how greatful leaders are, lots of people saying its the worse job theyve had. Gs is not responsible for clearing, bussing and wiping bays yet managers expect that when we get paid the worse of anyone. Bayhost have so much support they shouls be able to handle their job!
