Overall, I love my job. Every company can be better, but Topgolf always try's to be better. I do wish that the salary was higher (for hourly & salary), and work life/home life balance was better (almost every time I'm off/on PTO I'm called or text).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity. I feel like we make everyone feel welcome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is supportive. My team shows their caring spirit.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. We can always laugh and joke and have a good time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While our medical/dental/vision benefits are good, I wish they were great. I wish we offered more coverage on specific things: biopsy's, fertility, etc. We have no coverage or not enough for some things.
