The hiring event and training process really talk up the place. However, once you start working you'll realize it's just another corporate establishment. The management do not follow the core values. Although the 51% is important, 49% is also important and many forget that as well.

The few people that follow the standards actually make the place nice. Love having a fun time with good people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise the pay for your aquatechs/dishwashers . They get the dirty work but very little pay. Not fair not right.
