I was great in the beginning, but they were too soft on rules. Now they are trying to change everything and it is causing a massive over turn.

My manager is the best.

I like that some of them actually treat us as people and demonstrate the caring aspect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy that if you are actually doing a good job you do get raises, in my department at least.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy that we do try and bring a smile to their faces and rally behind someone who maybe is having a rough day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager and I really try and provide culture to our venue, and I think it makes our jobs way easier and more fun when everyone else is involved.
