It's so far been a good experience. I think sometimes we get in over our heads and need to plan things better such as large events, leagues, etc. there seems to be a lot of disconnect from front and back of house that could be resolved. My only complaint would be there is no clear path to moving up

It's easy to make friends at topgolf and one of the biggest reasons so many people stay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has always been, and always will be the people. Working with so many different people you become friends with almost everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership gives us a lot of freedom to be who we are and express that in many ways. From voicing our opinions, supporting our favorite sports teams, and always being competitive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being one team is a great idea when it comes to pay but it seems the top performance players are not compensated for the work they do, staying right with the average and below average workers. the only way to make more is to work more.
