I started off very excited to work with this brand. Over the years it has faded due to some changes in the company and the growth op for me to reach my potential is limited. Partially because I feel my accomplishments are not seen as we become so big. Still love the company, but need more.

Culture matters and we try and engrain it in our venues.

Transparency - They seem to be aligned - value the culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Geo is not really fair. People in lateral positions in the company should be able to lead the same quality of life no matter where they live.
