I have loved working here and have been with the company for 5 years. There are many improvements that I beleive would make the company almost perfect to work for, the main one being the service charge being correctly valued as we should be as employees (at least 20%).

Everyones personality and teamwork is great!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to be ourselves and express our opinions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Thr freedom to express our voice is very valuable to me
What makes you most happy at work?
Creating memories with coworkers and guests, and connecting the dots with guests, which results in great connections and of course, making money!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I beleive i am paid fairly as a result of being a tipped employee, but as an event ambassador i do not believe topgolf values the Event Ambassadors because the service charge the company has for event contracts is only 15% of part of the event, which equavalates to about 7% of the event total.
