I'm most happy at work because of the impact my work has across the nation, who I report to, the welcomed collaboration across teams, and our vision of connecting people in meaningful ways!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My total rewards package includes a fair base salary & annual bonus, and I greatly appreciate our flexible PTO policy! It makes me feel trusted to use PTO as I desire without the feeling of tracking every hour of my work day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how unique and strong our culture is. Associates & leaders live & breath our core values, vision, mission, and rally cry which creates a very positive, fun, one team, excellence, edgy spirit, and caring work environment both virtually and in person!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that my single interview experience allowed me to first meet the hiring manager I would report to and then the teammates I would work alongside with and support. They created a comfortable setting with fun, lighthearted conversation as we got to know each other.
