It is out of control. BB&T was better employer before the merger. We’re struggling to keep up the work flowing and now a voluntary retiremen

Tellers are responsible for the majority of the work done everyday but they paid the least amount of money. I ran both lanes of DT the entire year we were closed for COVID with no help from the lobby tellers.There is no opportunity for promotion or more pay when you work in a small town branch.
