I am now under a new manager but my old manager was the worst....she was literally a micro manager to the point of making me so nervous to even look at my teams or email-she was awful and so unprofessional and somehow still has a job! also alot of people have made up positions here

Communication with their respective teams and a sense of urgency when it comes to information that would have an affect a team members employment.

Helping people instead of saying read the DLP or Lighthouse article. You are never given time to read any of the DLP's so you go into a call with a article that is many pages and try to figure out what part you need while talking to the customer (silence is bad) and checking emails and chatrooms.

Communication is severely lacking in this company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Year to year its more work, fewer people, no-pay-bump. Numerous surveys later, we're still requesting at ALL levels, to have natural progressive salary increases at a minimum annually, to match the rate of inflation. All benefits, especially medical, should be much more comprehensive and affordable.

I enjoy getting to know the person and helping them through the entire process until class starts.

The trainers and the management are pretty much middle men and honestly in same boat as the agents so i give them respect and they keep it real and not awkward. I actually moved up into management and loved that until we were blindsided and laid off with no offer just told to get unemployment

They were honest from the start, nothing was hidden

The 2 people that interviewed us as a group were rude, hateful and has proven to be what the whole company is like. They told us nothing about the job and what they did say was not true.

management has no clue and even when made aware they cover for bad managers and make us feel like the problem...TA management needs a full revamp and needs people to be honest-most people are not honest in these surveys for fear of retribution... you ask for the truth but are not ready to address it

Get rid of all the confusing, long DLP's and Light house articles, train us so when we go live we don't need to read stupid articles when trying to solve someones problems or concerns. When someone wants a manager or supervisor stop being panseys and talk to our customers.
