Overall, my experience at TTEC has been constantly improving, year-over-year. Today is much better than when I arrived and I do feel some sense of pride in knowing that this shift was with me and also my peers.

I am allowed to be creative and 'out of the box' in my thinking and solutioning. They are also still there and supportive.

For the most part, the team understands our mission and are all striving to be the best. That makes things easier and fun.

Being able to help people change their lives with an employment opportunity and also helping my Recruiters see the same satisfaction in the daily work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am free to give my ideas on how we continue great culture and environment within TA. We are encouraged to find ways to move the needle in a positive way if things are off track.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is taking time to understand industry trends and working to implement some within our organization. This allows all departments to understand where the world is going culturally and be a part of that positive movement.
