I feel TTEC is like any other position where you get out what you put in. If you want advancement then it's going to be available you just need to be prepared to jump into that role so when the time comes your not asking what more is needed your already there.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the core values we have at TTEC. One of my favorites is "seek first to understand"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their willingness to always jump in if there is an issue beyond my capabilities. They never leave you alone no matter the situation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my co-workers are rude and don't know the value of team work. Some are just plain lazy and it puts more work off on me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like other people in my role make $1-2 more than myself. I also feel like I'm not paid enough for the amount of work that I do compared to other companies and I do it all with a disability.
