Compensation is great But As It is a fully remote role, We don't have any benefits like health insurance.

The working hours are flexible, and the environment is not stressful.

At Turing, I have the flexibility to work remotely and at the time of my choosing. I love the fact that I get some time saved for myself to focus on my hobbies. The remote nature of it, the comfort of working from home
