The stock-based compensation in RSUs has been a great addition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary changes with flex location policy did not account for temporary relocation due to covid. My salary decreases 30%.

Very diverse and autonomous. Lot of responsibility.

We buckle down when the tough gets going. Despite having to deal with more on-call mess than most teams in the office, everyone stays positive and dedicated. Everyone helps for everyone no matter the situation, be it vacation or illness. We know how to enjoy work.
