The bank needs to spend more on basic infrastructure like technology. They are light years behind and almost brag about it.

They are great for retail bank leaders. Problem is, the bank is more than that and forgets they serve other markets and verticals.

Salary isn't competitive, benefits are a joke. Currently looking elsewhere to get back on top of the game. They can't keep up with NY or SF.
