Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was offered a position at a specific rate of pay. None of my onboarding documents stated the pay rate. However, when I received my first paycheck, it was not the stated rate of pay. When I contacted the Human Resources, they said we're sorry, they made a mistake.
