What did you like most about the interview process?I guess getting a job.
What did you like most about the interview process? The HR/admin team who interviewed me were very genuine, polite, patient and friendly. Even though interviews are a serious process, I like how genuinely interested HR was in looking for people to be a part of their team. They were interested in what I had to say in my answers.
What are some of the best things about your team? They want the best for the students and are always looking for creativr and effective ways to educate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leading. They just float around the office doing minimal work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The amount of work, planning, correcting, dealing with discipline, possible active shooter situation, health concerns like Coronavirus and parents all out negative and irresponsible attention to their childs well being are just things off the top of my head. I deserve a retirement plan .
What needs to change to make the company culture better? Our suicidal director. The director has many personal problems and wastes school time dealing with them.
