Have better conversations, increase pay, actually practive what you preach, bring in more diversity, care about your employees again!
This score is mostly for the crusty management who is stuck with the anti-gay,women, POC, etc ideology that they have.
The "new" management is no longer listening to customers and basically giving them the if you dont like it find another provider speach.
