What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares for each other. That's #1. Second, for the most part, very intelligent people across the board. Of course there are pockets of people who aren't as impressive, but we all rally around our people cause for success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Above all, I feel like I am paid fairly for the work I do. I also have opportunities to earn short-term incentives (annual cash bonus based on company+individual performance) and long-term incentives in the form of RSUs. I doubt many private companies our size do this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, honest, intelligent, and strategic. You can ask them any question and get a response. If they don't know, they'll tell you. If they do know, but can't tell you (yet), they'll tell you that, too. You can be human at UKG -- and they have an exceptional plan for our future.
