Our leadership team is transparent with all decisions. We feel included in decisions that affect our everyday responsibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there needs to be a pay equity study. I was recently promoted but still playing catch-up when it comes to compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our ERGs (Employee Resource Groups). I am able to be my full authentic self when I'm with my groups. I've met many new work friends I would've never had the chance to meet within my regular role.
