The challenges I and my team get to work at personally along with an opportunity to find work/life balance at a place that values you it but still needs me to show up 48+ hrs a week to bring it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to solve the big problems and do things that have purpose. We don't always get things right and merging two great teams has made some layers but the commitment to people, our customers, and the brand our legit things at UKG all seem to share.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Collectively our leadership is transparent and pragmatic. Building confidence and trust. At same time they are not afraid to chase new paths as shown by the amazing new change agents we've added to the EC. They've balanced growth, concern for our people, and more these past 2 years to great results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our commitment to people comes in so many flavors from continuous opportunities to learn, to a vibrant employee resource groups, and the care our leaders give to each individual. I think sometimes we move slow on some things due to the last point, but it makes sense if not leaving any UKrewer behind
