My immediate team is so supportive of each other and always willing to help out. You can count on them to be there when they say they will.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I'm on my way to being more satisfied with my pay and my leadership team is doing what they can, but I do feel that my role deserves more compensation based on my job duties.
