What do you like best about the leadership team?
they encourage people to be the best they can be for the overall growth of the team. I feel like im given the tools to be successful in my role and that my leader is open to collaborating with me to build a system that works.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
you can determine a companies core values by how they treat their people. during one of the toughest times we've experienced as a country UKG never wavered a bit. That speaks volumes to me as a brand. I see people I've trained become promoted and was even promoted myself during a very tough time
