What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The high level of engagement. There are over 13,000 employees spread around the globe, yet I still feel connected to the company as a whole, rather than just to my 'little' pocket here in Australia.

These people are some of the kindest, friendliest, most helpful (not to mention knowledgable) people I've worked with. They are clearly happy to be here which is refreshing and made a significant impact on my own experience as a new U Krewer.
