I have been incredibly impressed from the interview process and continue to be impressed with UKG goals and mission and how we collectively carry them out. UKG cares for not only their customers but also their employees.

This may sound trite but the friendly,supportive and personable culture. People First is something that is not just a tag line.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to value interaction with the employees. The transparency is something I haven't seen before. They come across as very personable and approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The generous 401k match is by far the best part; however, I truly appreciate the paid health benefits for the family and the unlimited PTO (which is truly encouraged to use!). The internet perk is also appreciated!
