Ukg is a really good company, with a lot of opportunities, a lot interesting subjects, good benefits and great people. The company is really big so you can sometime feels some impediments when you want to move things. Anyway, it really not a big issue and it can happen in every company

Kindness is key here. There is always someone available to give time and help

Kindness is the most impressive in the company, I never seen this in another company

A lot of benefits are available and I can use some of them for my kids activities

They are open to discussion, they want us to understand the purpose of what we are doing and they care about us.
