I started at Ultimate software where the work environment seem different and I was excited to see what other benefits or perks we might get. After the merge, things have changed and benefits have changed as well, I do not know if there will be other changes that might affect me being in UKG.

Before making changes to take employees opinion and/or suggestions prior to making a decision.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since the merge, I do not know what other changes there will be until decisions are made and we are not asked if we are okay with it, we are just told to proceed with whatever decision they have made.
