Better communication down stream and letting middle management make decisions.

Even though changes are not communicated well we still hold together
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Changes in the return to the office policy need to be reviewed. My contract was remote. Now I'm forced back in because it was changed to Hybrid Remote.
