Our purpose is people and UKG makes it a priority to include us, our customers and their employees in the "people" part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team are very reachable. It doesn't feel wrong to have a conversation with them about anything, even if it's with my manager's manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is my family! Although my team is virtual, we still take time to connect and meet up after work for those of us who live nearby each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
It doesn't feel like work and that's the best part. It feels like I open my laptop each day to connect with friends at UKG to see how we can help those companies who have chosen UKG as their HCM provider.
