My experience has been extremely positive through my first 4 months. I feel I have the resources and support to succeed and my goals at the company are understood and being supported.
What makes you most happy at work?
Growing in role and succeeding. I think there is good opportunities for advancement also.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the uncapped commission structure. I think multipliers would be a good addition for BDRs exceeding KPIs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is really invested in each other's success. Sharing of best practices & the overall energy everyone brings is fantastic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Don't know a whole lot about them yet. They have a good grasp on the space, and I like the vision for the company for the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It truly is a people first attitude. All levels of management I deal with I feel are committed to my success & doing the most to ensure I'm happy and in a position to succeed. I think this translates to the energy we bring to our customers and prospects.
