Success to me is when others around me succeed, a true win is when Sales closes a deal that was supported by some one on our team or a Partner that we manage.

UKG is designed to support one another, recently promoted I have been interacting with similar individuals who were promoted all across the globe to collaborate with one another on new ideas and how to deal with certain situations
