So far, I have really enjoyed working at UKG and can see this being a company I stay at for a long period of time.

The leadership team is always listening to our concerns and set realistic goals whilst also providing constant support to new employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely understanding and ready to help wherever needed. Although departments are spread out, so far, members from other teams are more than willing to help or find ways to help a new employee
What makes you most happy at work?
Excited to be in a role that allows to be look at my work from a strategic point of view and also be able to make decisions that help us get closer to our team goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the average compensation for this role, I am currently below the average. Being at the same or similar level to my colleagues would be more than enough to make me feel better about the compensation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority of my colleagues are always willing to help and are extremely kind and patient, especially with a new employee that has just joined the company. They are always open to questions and are ready to provide their input/suggestions
