I don't feel reluctant to keep my suggestions to myself. They are open to all suggestions and critiques.

They wanted to know about me and not just what I can do. Because I obviously know what I can do, it's on my resume.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's chill. Relaxed. Friendly. I don't feel like anyone's trying to one-up me or throw me under the bus. No corporate pettiness. For the first time in my life, I am happy with my job. I don't get knots in my stomach when I pull into the parking lot.
