I love that they are a group of people who I can connect with on many levels. I feel like their vision is my vision.

The positivity creates a certain mindset for all of us here. We want to create a great product, we want to be the best versions of ourselves here.

It has to be the people I work with and my impact on the company as a whole. I know what I do matters, and that is what everyone hopes for in a career.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Each interview is catered to the candidate, timely and showcases the People First culture. When I interviewed it was both formal and informal. I felt like the team really wanted to know who I was technically, but personally as well.
