Used to be great. It's disappointing. Company is going downhill since the merger. Everybody is leaving. Not what it used to be.

Direct manager is a saint, but executive leadership are absolute trash.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's a lot of pay discrepancies among my teammates. If my teammates leave, I'm leaving too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive leadership dangles false promises of settling pay discrepancies across the company, but it still hasn't happened after a year since it was announced. Poor insurance providers since the merger. All old white male "boys club" executive leadership. Out of touch.
