Schedule overtime constantly. You don't have a real shift. You have whatever they say after you are lied to and hired.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Total lies. They make it out like you are working a shift and then it is two days mandatory overtime constantly for months on end without even mentioning that in the interview and making out like you are getting your shift with possible, random overtime days. No, it is constant.
