Good for those in higher positions. But for supply chain entry level, no work-life balance, low pay, very rare incentives, we're just like robots working for the company's interests, and not for ourselves & our family

Not fair promotions, very race incentives. They are not pro-people.

Very easy. Hired after just a phone interview & a panel interview
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company values are not really being upheld anymore inside the company. They just care about profits
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone's just exhausted, undervalued & underpaid to even think about working at the best interest of the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Other entry levels are kind, most get along together. It's the barrier & discrimination between different position levels that's disgusting
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People management, coordination among themselves, communication especially with entry level employees. Their overall view, as in, they're very profit- and cost-cutting-oriented.
