Every day we work to make the world a little better. It’s been our goal – and part of our business – for over a hundred years. We’re on a global mission to do good. To make our environmental footprint smaller, to better support our employees and partners, and to help local communities thrive. And when you scrub, brush, lick or slurp one of our products, you help do some good by supporting one of our many causes. Then, imagine millions of people across the globe licking, slurping, brushing and scrubbing. That good adds up, making a pretty big impact! There’s still lots to do, but together, we can create a better business, a better world and a better you. read more

Really poor progression, low morale of workforce due to staff cuts and high pressure jobs. Lack of leadership at manager level and people being promoted without experience needed

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything mentioned before. The main issue is putting managers into roles they are not qualified for.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The day was well organised. The interviewers were senior and knowledgeable. The feedback was convoluted and not transparent at all.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication internally is awful and hiring people into manager level jobs has been poor as typically they dont have the experience or skillset needed. The leadership has a track record of making decisions they then reverse, causing confusion amongst staff below them.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better communication from management, better transparency from HR in job feedback. Less politics is imperative - otherwise the company will continue to stagnate and move slowly. More recognition for hard work. More honesty from leadership in why key decisions have been made

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is young, energetic and most people are proactive and suitable for their job. However, manager level workers from my experience have been so out of depth - often resulting in a lack of leadership, quality of work and over burdening those below them with extra work.
