The peaople i work with

Leaving work makes me the most happy. Unfortunately, that never happens. Now that we have migrated to Outlook and Teams, you are expected to have Teams installed on your phone so your management team and coworkers can send you instant messages around the clock - and they expect replies!!

Getting paid and a potential pension.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't know and not sure

Stop catering to the shareholders and take care of your customers and workforce.

Transit. Derailments. Customer Commitments. Stop trying to fit square pegs in round holes. Not everything can be solved with PSR

Executives and company needs a make over on how they conduct business and how they treat employees

The only product is service. Our customers wait days, weeks, and even months for cars to be delivered. Their products are then delivered late to their own customers.

Quit being greedy , treat your employees better , thay make possible for them to earn their billions

Prescion Schedule Railroading and greed by executives.

Review from Operations Dept

Treat us as people and not a numbwr

Leadership is not concered with customers in any way.

Being transparent and supplying resource to serve.

Railroad needs balance not just share holder profits .

Managers are unreasonable and out of touch.

Review from Operations Dept

The ceo does not care about the people making him rich. Only himself.

Review from Operations Dept

Need new management and a better way to treat everyone

Review from Operations Dept

Company is working for stockholders and not customers

Review from Operations Dept

They need to start and try to care about their employees.

Review from Operations Dept

We need a CEO and COO that understand our unique environmental demands and opportunities. Mr Fritz seems to only want to do business with large corporations and cut out the smaller ones until the STB forces us to do business with smaller companies. Lots of unethical practices and fraud.

Review from Operations Dept

Company is currently being strangled by shareholders and hedge funds that are only looking to make a short term profit and they are cutting costs at the expense of customers and performance.

Review from Operations Dept

Senior teams needs to be overhauled and the company needs to get back to the basics of operating trains and serving customers rather than manage an operating ratio that has nothing to do with service, safety, or employee engagement.
