As long as the Leadership Team keeps stock prices up. There is no issues, employees are expendable.
Scheduling, planning, leading, listening and providing needed equipment.
Document injuries and pay medical bills.
We are people with families and need time off to see them. Shareholders are more important than employees. They can't find enough people to apply because it's not worth the benefits. I understand they need to make profit but at what expense? We are worn out and underpaid.
Realizing that we are all human beings with lives and families.
A profit sharing or bonuses would be helpful.
More off time. More money. The last pay raise came after fighting with the company over 4 years basically the 20 something years we have just maybe are keeping up with economy. We need hazardous pay bonus and time off. If we get a raise the heath care changes increases
The Korn Ferry cuts & demotions demoralized most everyone while cutting future earning potential AND adding more work on the best and brightest that were already overworked. This is why many are leaving.
Negotiate a decent and fair contract instead of wanting to give pennies on the dollar if we are so valued
Haven't got a raise in 4 years. Cut off a third of the workforce and expect everyone to work harder and do multiple jobs.
Everyone dislikes Union Pacific it is a very negative atmosphere
Quality, accuracy, and work ethic. But... what do you expect from people that have been beaten down to where they feel neither they, nor the work they perform is valued.
Terrible attitudes and low morale
Everyone has poor attitude because how up treat their employees, moral 100 % down always
Go on strike until work environment is better.
Review from Operations Dept
Trust in the management, treating direct reports with respect and an open discussion and feedback platform
Treat people like people. A little genuine honesty goes a long way.
reevaluate PSR. Look at the workload vs workforce and add back at least some of the staff that was cut. Reevaluate titles/levels. Most people are very bitter about working for decades to get where they were only to be knocked down 2-3 levels.
View and treat everyone as human and not a robot
New ceo who cares about people
Have people in the craft trainers give input on hiring and training
Keeping employee privacy, with out reprecautions
Review from Engineering Dept
They are begging to hire people because of lousy wages
Stop lying, you hire to meet a qouta then do not protect your employees.
Never apply there in the beginning.
Review from Operations Dept
I don't know and not sure
Stop catering to the shareholders and take care of your customers and workforce.
Transit. Derailments. Customer Commitments. Stop trying to fit square pegs in round holes. Not everything can be solved with PSR
Executives and company needs a make over on how they conduct business and how they treat employees
The only product is service. Our customers wait days, weeks, and even months for cars to be delivered. Their products are then delivered late to their own customers.
