The people I work with and all the projects we work on. Great tech environment tackling great challenges.

Everyone here cares about each other and it is such a great place to learn and grow from the experience of your peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is impressive to see how leadership is so approachable. Their hands on experience is also inspiring and learning with them is amazing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the people that I would closely work with. I got a sense of what the culture would be like and was truly impressed by every exchange.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have snacks, weekly team lunchs, 5@7, strong group insurance coverage, unlimited PTO. It is great for a company this size, but there could always be a little more as it grows such as 401k contribution.
