What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with every day. Meetings are collaborative and we try to have fun while working hard. We all strive to provide the best service to our customers and see our team members be successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All health and welfare benefits are fully paid by Upgrade for employee only coverage. Most companies are looking to reduce their benefit costs so to have Upgrade pay for our benefit coverage is amazing. It shows how much they care about our team members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very knowledgable in our industry and continually look for opportunities to differentiate our products and services providing a best in class experience for our customers. They genuinely care for all of our team members ensuring they have opportunities to develop within our organization.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The variety of people that I met during the process. I met with all levels throughout the organization. Having senior executives take time to talk about the direction and growth strategy of the company to ensure I understood how my position would interact within the organization was priceless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very diverse workforce at Upgrade with uniquely talented individuals. People easily share their knowledge with others and we work towards our goals as one team. The executives make time to interact with all levels of the organization to ensure they have a good pulse on what the needs are.
