Our mission/goal. Encouragement of open communication. The willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work with various teams. They care about their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do a lot of work individually, but also help each other whenever needed. There's a great amount of support from everyone and open discussion on team and individual projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always encourage straightforward communication and collaboration in our open-plan offices, while still having spaces available to have 1:1 discussions at least once or every other week. Throughout my developing career here, I've received a lot of support and feedback from various leaders.
