It's nice to be in such a beautiful office with unlimited snacks, beverages and fun events. While working remotely the Upgrade team has sent out packages to employees with goodies!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is so much room for growth at Upgrade. Upgrade is only going to keep getting more profitable and the leadership team is there to support employees in meeting goals and growing their career.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with four different people during my interview. The members I met with were all very pleasant to speak with and made me feel very comfortable during the interview. The team was all very well prepared for the interview.
